Guest guest Posted May 16, 2000 Report Share Posted May 16, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Creamy Chocolate Marble Pie Recipe By :Tofu and Soyfoods Cookery - Peter Golbitz Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound regular tofu 2/3 cup sugar 1/4 cup oil 2 teaspoons vanilla pinch salt XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX 3 tablespoons cocoa XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX 1 8-inch graham cracker crust -- baked Blend the tofu, sugar, oil, vanilla, and salt in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy. Spread all but 1 cup of this mixture in the baked pie shell. Add the cocoa to the 1 cup of pie filling left in the food processor. Process until the cocoa is mixed in, then drop by spoonfuls onto the pie. Draw a knife through the chocolate, swirling it through the vanilla mixture. Chill the pie until firm.
