Guest guest Posted May 15, 2000 Report Share Posted May 15, 2000 I think this would be good with the Chocolate Tofu Ganache- * Exported from MasterCook * Cheesecake Recipe By :Tofu and Soyfoods Cookery - Peter Golbitz Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- Cheesecake Filling: 1 pound soft tofu -- crumbled 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup liquid sweetener of your choice 1/4 cup oil 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon unbleached white flour 1 teaspoon vanilla pinch salt Preheat the oven to 350F. Combine the cheesecake filling iingredients, and blend in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy. If using a blender, you will have to process the filling in two batches. Pour the filling into the pie shell, and bake about 45 minutes, or until cracks start to form around the edge of the filling.
