Oil a 9 x 13-inch pan and build layers. Start with a layer of the sliced potatoes, then sprinkle them with the chopped onions, flour, salt, and pepper. Dot the layer with margarine, and repeat. For the top, spread a layer of potatoes and onions, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and dot with margarine. Pour the soymilk slowly into the pan until it almost covers the top layer of potatoes.
