Guest guest
Hi I was invited to a potluck, and I am at a loss what to make. I am looking for a vegan casserole recipe. Any suggestions? Thanks Han

Guest guest
Hannah: Funny you should mention this now -- I just purchased an SDA book, " Adventist Potluck Cookbook " . Not all of the recipes are vegan, but some are, and there are lots of unique recipes. I purchased mine from the online Adventist Book Center: http://www.adventistbookcenter.com/shop_details.tpl?command=search & db=product.db\ & eqskudata=0816317011 & cart=304071594780953 There is another book by the same author " Adventist International Cookbook " , also available from the same site at: http://www.adventistbookcenter.com/shop_details.tpl?command=search & db=product.db\ & eqskudata=0816317801 & cart=304071594780953 If these links are too long, just go to: http://www.adventistbookcenter.com and put in a search for the book titles. I'm not SDA, but I love the cookbooks and food items they sell at the ABC stores! I know you need recipes sooner than you could get the cookbook, so I'll come up with some things for you. Does it have to be a " casserole " type of thing? The reason I'm asking is that I have a great Black Bean Salad recipe (the one that was published in Vegetarian Times) that is easy to make, feeds a crowd, and travels & keeps well. I'll see what I can come up with. Good luck & have fun! Karen
