Korean Barbeque Tofu

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

Marinade

1/2 cup tamari soy sauce

6 tablespoons sugar or sweetener of your choice

2 teaspoons dry mustard

4 cloves garlic -- finely minced

OR

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons onion powder

 

Combine the marinade ingredients and marinate the sliced tofu at least 2 hours.

(Marinating overnight is best.)

Brown the tofu on both sides in the oil. Garnish with chopped green onions,

mushrooms, and/or snow peas, and serve with rice.
