Rice Soup with Corn and Vegetables

2 cups pre-cooked rice

1 carrot -- diced

1 onion -- diced

2 cups cabbage -- cut in small chunks

2 ears fresh corn -- kernels removed

water

 

Layer the vegetables in a pan and cover with water. Cook for about 15 minutes.

Add the rice, stirring gently to mix it in with the vegetables. Cook for 10

more minutes. Season to taste with miso or shoyu.
