Fresh Fruit Cups with Nutmeg

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 medium peach -- peeled, pitted, and

chopped

1 medium plum -- pitted and chopped

1/2 cup chopped fresh pineapple

2 teaspoons lime juice

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped pecans -- toasted

Fresh mint sprigs -- (optional)

 

Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; toss gently. Spoon fruit mixture

evenly into 2 individual dessert dishes. Top with pecans. Garnish with mint

sprigs, if desired. Yield: 2 servings.
