Spoon cheese mixture into manicotti shells; place side by side in ungreased 12x8-inch (2-quart) microwave-safe baking dish. In 4-cup microwave-safe measuring cup or medium bowl, combine tomatoes, chilies and cornstarch; blend well. Microwave on HIGH for 6 to 7 minutes or until thickened, stirring once halfway through cooking. Pour over filled manicotti in dish. Cover with microwave-safe plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH for 6 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly heated, rotating dish 1/2 turn halfway through cooking.
