This looks really good. Lori sent this to my list this looks like a nice

healthy 3 point dessert it uses Lori's granola that I sent earlier.

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 tablespoons Cool Whip® Fat Free -- or

Reddi Whip fat free dairy whipped topping

1/4 cup Lori granola

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon -- Ground

1 Apple

 

Cut apple into bite size pieces leaving the skin on the apple. Place on a

microwave safe dish. Sprinkle on cinnamon and granola. Microwave on high for

about a minute or two. Top with fat free whipped topping. Eat and enjoy!
