Guest guest Posted April 25, 2000 Report Share Posted April 25, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Tomato Salsa Recipe By : " Fine Cooking " Magazine - May 2000 Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Mexican Salsas Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 medium ripe tomatoes -- cored, seeded, and finely diced 1/4 red onion -- finely chopped 2 jalapeno or serrano chiles -- cored, seeded, and finely chopped 1 bunch fresh cilantro -- chopped 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 1 clove garlic -- smashed and minced 3/4 teaspoon salt -- or to taste Pinch freshly ground pepper Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
