Boursin Potatoes Au Gratin

1 Package Boursin Cheese -- at room temperature

1 1/2 Cups Potatoes -- thinly sliced

2 Eggs

1/2 Cup Milk

 

Place a layer of potatoes in a 9-inch buttered baking dish. Add dolops of

softened Boursin. Repeat

layers of potatoes, ending with Boursin on top. Beat eggs and milk together and

pour over potatoes.

Bake uncovered in oven at 375 F for 40 minutes or until top is bubbly and brown.
