This looks like a good dip to have just under 1 point per serving :) serve with

baked tortilla chips or veggies or pita.

1 package Hidden Valley Dip Mix -- ranch

1 pint lowfat sour cream

16 ounces fat-free refried beans

1 cup shredded lowfat cheddar cheese

2 1/4 ounces sliced black olives -- drained

chopped tomatoes

chopped green onions

 

Mix Original Ranch Dip Mix with sour cream. Spread refried beans in a serving

dish. Spread Dip Mix mixture on top of beans and top with cheese and olives.

Garnish with tomatoes and green onions.

Betsy's Notes: I made this with 1 packet of the original salad dressing mix and

layered it in a pie plate. This dip goes

fast--it's best to make 2 of them!
