With blender on, add ice cubes, 1 at a time; process until smooth. Serving size: 1 1/4 cups Description: " This shake is not only delicious, but it also has less than 2 grams of fat and as much calcium as a glass of milk. Refrigerate the other serving for a treat later in the day.
