Super Morning Shake

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk

2 tablespoons honey

1 (8 ounce) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt

1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice -- undrained

1/2 cup ice cubes

 

Combine first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. With

blender on, add ice cubes, 1 at a time; process until smooth.

 

Serving size: 1 1/4 cups

 

Description:

" This shake is not only delicious, but it also has less than 2 grams

of fat and as much calcium as a glass of milk. Refrigerate the other

serving for a treat later in the day. "
