In a small bowl, whisk together oil, honey, water, mayonnaise, parsley, yogurt, vinegar, onions and mustard. Pour marinade over steamed vegetables. In a salad bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, herbs, soy sauce and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add lettuce, endive, cabbage and apple; toss well.
