Guest guest Posted April 21, 2000 Report Share Posted April 21, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Spinach and White Beans Recipe By : Serving Size : 2 Preparation Time :0:15 Categories : Beans Quick and Easy Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 tablespoons Virgin Olive Oil 2 garlic cloves -- minced 1/2 pound fresh spinach -- stems removed, coarsely chopped 1 can white beans -- (15 ounces) rinsed, drained 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar Grated or Shredded Parmesan Cheese Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir 1 minute. Add spinach and stir until just wilted. Add beans and vinegar to skillet and stir until heated through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
