Bonni * Exported from MasterCook * Italian Salad Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:10 Categories : Beans Salads Quick and Easy Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 bag Milano salad or 6 cups chopped romaine -- (8 ounces) lettuce 1 medium cucumber -- peeled and coarsely chopped (about 1 cup) 1 can garbanzo beans -- (8 3/4 ounces) drained 1 can sliced ripe olives -- (25 ounces) drained 1/2 cup croutons 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Italian Dressing with Parmesan or any Italian dressing and a little grated Parmesan. In a salad bowl, toss together lettuce, cucumber, garbanzo beans, olives and croutons.
