Jelly Bean Nests explanation

Before anyone jumps on me for this recipe, you obviously have to substitute

vegetarian marshmallows for the miniature marshmallows. I'm not sure how

to do the substitution from regular size to miniature. (Actually, I was

I have a table of equivalents which says:

Marshmallows, miniature 1 cup 80 miniature

8 regular

10 1/2-oz pkg 5 1/2 cups

So, I guess 10 miniature = 1 large marshmallow.
