LORI'S SPINACH PIE

Recipe By : " lori ghany " <lorighany

Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00

Categories : 7 Point Done By Dotties Calculator

Egg Dishes Low-Fat

Meatless Dishes Vegetable Dishes

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

10 ounces frozen spinach -- 1 package drained

1 cup nonfat cottage cheese

3 egg whites

4 tablespoons grated Romano cheese -- or any other type

Combine all ingredients. Place into non-stick sprayed casserole. Bake at 350

for about 45 minutes or until top is browned.

Makes 1 meal size serving or 2 med servings.

Lori's Notes: Reminds me of Greek Spinach Pie! Points for grated cheese could

be cut in half if you use non-fat grated cheese.

NOTES: To add more flavour add chopped onion, garlic, pepper, italian seasoning

or anything else you'd like. To lower the points use a low fat or fat-free

romano cheese.
