Guest guest
Here is a recipe someone sent. It is 7 points for the entire casserole which makes 1 large serving or 2 med servings. Place into non-stick sprayed casserole. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until top is browned. Makes 1 meal size serving or 2 med servings. Lori's Notes: Reminds me of Greek Spinach Pie! Points for grated cheese could be cut in half if you use non-fat grated cheese. NOTES: To add more flavour add chopped onion, garlic, pepper, italian seasoning or anything else you'd like. To lower the points use a low fat or fat-free romano cheese.
