" Honey " Wheat Bread

3/4 cup soymilk lite

1/4 cup liquid Fruitsource or honey

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon vital wheat gluten

2 cups whole wheat flour

1 1/4 teaspoons yeast

Large Loaf (1 1/2 lb.)

1 1/2 cups soymilk lite

1/2 cup liquid Fruitsource or honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten

4 cups whole wheat flour

2 1/2 teaspoons yeast

 

Place the ingredients in the bread machine in the order recommended by the

machine's manufacturer. Set the controls, close the lid, and press " start. "
