Garlic Basil Dressing

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons lite extra-firm silken tofu -- drained

1/2 cup soymilk lite

1 clove garlic -- peeled

2 tablespoons mellow white miso

2 tablespoons cider vinegar

1 tablespoon olive oil

tablespoon liquid Fruitsource or honey

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon Bragg Liquid Aminos

 

Place drained tofu in food processor, and blend. Add the soymilk and garlic,

and pulse to mix. Add the remaining ingredients, and process to mix thoroughly.

Dressing should be creamy-smooth with bits of basil. Refrigerate for at least

an hour to allow the flavors to blend.

" This creamy, rich-tasting dressing will complement a salad of your

favorite greens with tomatoes and colorful bell peppers. "
