My Obligatory Homepage http://home.att.net/~bonnithoza * Exported from MasterCook * Spaghetti Della Verdora Recipe By : Florentine Grill Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pasta Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- spaghetti 4 tbs. olive oil 7 cloves garlic -- crushed mesclun greens 1 pinch basil 1 pinch parsley 1 pinch salt 1/2 cup stock grated parmigiano reggiano cheese Boil spaghetti in salted water about 6-7 minutes. In a saute pan, heat olive oil and saute garlic cloves until brown. Add a pinch of salt, basil and parsley. Add mesclun greens. Add chicken stock to help wilt the lettuce. Remove from pan. Add spaghetti to the saute pan and toss with the greens.
