My Obligatory Homepage http://home.att.net/~bonnithoza * Exported from MasterCook * Garlic Mashers Recipe By : Leon's On The West Side Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Side Dishes Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 5 lbs. Yellow or red bliss potatoes 1 c. chopped 1 full bulb 12 cloves garlic 1 yellow onion 1/2 lb. butter 1 c. heavy cream Salt and Pepper to taste Wash potatoes, leave skin on. Place in stock pot and fill with water to cover potatoes. Add onion, garlic and bring to a boil. Simmer 30 minutes, remove and place in mixing bowl with garlic and onions. Add butter and heavy cream.
