My Obligatory Homepage http://home.att.net/~bonnithoza * Exported from MasterCook * Field Green Salad with Honey Balsamic Dressing Recipe By : Culinary Affair Restaurant Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salads Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- ----Dressing---- 3 c. honey 1 c. balsamic vinegar 1/2 c. salad oil Salt & pepper to taste ----Salad---- 1/4 lb. Mesclun (baby lettuce mix) 2 t. cashews 2 T. raisins 6 pc. Dried mango(about 3 oz.) Preparation for dressing: Blend in food processor honey first then add vinegar, oil and salt and pepper. Preparation for salad: Top Mesclun salad be decorating with dried fruits and nuts, dress and serve. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - NOTES : different combinations of dried fruits, nuts or seeds are optional.
