My Obligatory Homepage http://home.att.net/~bonnithoza * Exported from MasterCook * Asian Fruit Stir Fry Recipe By : Johnson & Wales Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Fruit Side Dishes Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon butter Fresh minced ginger to taste 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup passion fruit or nectar Kumquats Assorted Fruits: papaya -- mango, kiwi and pineapple Assorted Berries: raspberries -- blackberries & strawberries Juice from one lime Optional: 2 tsp. water and 1/2 tsp. cornstarch In a frying pan or wok, caramelize or melt the sugar. Add the butter and ginger. Add the balsamic vinegar and allow to reduce. Add the passion fruit and kumquats. Cut the assorted fruits into small chunks; add to frying pan. Drizzle lime juice into mixture.
