off topic- does anyone know if tahini should be refrigerated after opening??

You know, this was just what I was thinking. During my stint as a dietetic

technician, I received all kinds of meat industry propaganda bundled with the

ADA (American Dietetic Association) and other professional journals,

Please tell us more about your dietetic technician job. I'm studying for my BS

degree in Nutrition & Food Science. I volunteered last summer at a local

hospital and I got kind of discouraged, seeing how folks are SO disinterested in

changing their bad habits, the same bad habits that put them in the hospital in

the first place ... sigh
