Hi everyone I'm not a vegetarian, but I do eat a lot of vegetarian meals I guess you'd call me almost vegetarian. I rarely eat red meat, and If I do eat meat it is fish or chicken but 3-4 out of 7 days I don't eat meat. When I go out to a friends place or when I have people over I ask them what they don't like or what they'd like me to prepare, or if I had something in mind I say how is " such and such " . Because this has happened to me going over to a friends place and she said she was planing to prepare " such and such " and it sounded fine to me, but when I got there I found out that EVERYTHING had mushrooms in it ( I hate mushrooms ) even the darn salad had mushrooms in it. I ended up eating mostly salad picking out the mushrooms, and I had some side veggies, she felt so bad and so did I. I should have mentioned that I didn't like mushrooms, but I also didn't figure that the main dish she was making would have mushrooms in it. So from now on I tell people what I don't like just so there is no wasted food and I can enjoy other peoples cooking rather then being starved and eating 2 desserts and making a snack when I get home. HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!!!
