Guest guest Posted April 9, 2000 Report Share Posted April 9, 2000 Hot Spinach Salad Ingredients: 2 qts raw spinach 1/4 Cup sliced green onions 1/4 Cup balsamic vinegar 2 hard boiled eggs (sliced) Sweetener to taste salt and pepper to taste Shred spinach into bowl. Add onions. add vinegar, seasoning & sweetener. Heat to boiling; pour quickly over spinach mixture. Toss until wilted. Garnish with egg slices.
