Add the lemon juice, cayenne, salt, and pepper and blend. With the motor running, slowly add the olive oil in a thin, steady stream. Scrape the aioli into a small bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour, up to overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
