Rum Cream Sauce

1 1/4 cups silken tofu -- well drained

1/4 cup brown sugar (or a natural sweetener)

2 tablespoons dark rum

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 cup golden raisins

 

Combine the tofu, sugar, run, and lemon juice in medium bowl and whisk until

smooth. Blend in the raisins. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before

serving so flavors can blend.
