This frosting can be drizzled over cakes or brownies to make a sweet, creamy glaze. In a heavy saucepan, mix sugar, soy milk, and tofu and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly to dissolve the sugar. Remove from the heat and beat with an electric mixer or with a wire whisk until cool and creamy. Drizzle on your choice of dessert and let it set in a cool place.
