1 cup vanilla soy milk

1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

pinch turmeric

2 bananas -- peeled, cut into pieces, and frozen

dash nutmeg for garnish

 

Combine the soy milk, nutmeg, and turmeric in a blender and blend until smooth.

Add the frozen bananas, and blend until thick and creamy, about 30 seconds.

Serve in small cups, and garnish with an extra dash of nutmeg, if desired.
