In a large bowl combine the apples with the lemon juice and the cinnamon and arrange them in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish. In a bowl combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, and oil. Sprinkle the mixture over the apples, and bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned. To make the topping, combine the tofu, applesauce, vanilla, and sugar in a small bowl and mix well.
