Lightly oil a 9-inch pie plate and arrange the peaches in the pie plate in a single layer. In a medium bowl, mix the almond milk, tofu, flour, sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, and salt until smooth. Pour the mixture over the peaches. Bake the clafouti until puffed and golden, about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, if using.
