Guest guest Posted March 28, 2000 Report Share Posted March 28, 2000 I know that it is more expensive but I love it. I use it in a lot of dishes that I used to use evaporated skim milk in. It even boils pretty well for me. For me, the cost is nothing. I'll pay the extra buck. Since I found it, I've made a lot of white sauces and been really happy with them.
