Guest guest
May I comment on your suggestion for using fat-free Half n Half? I read recently that fat-free Half n Half is just fat-free milk with a pinch of thickener added to give it more of the consistency you'd expect from Half n Half. The last time I was shopping in the diary section of my super market I saw fat-free Half n Half on the shelf. It cost about a dollar more than fat-free milk. I'd suggest using the latter in this recipe - the cheese will help thicken it and you'll save a buck!
