Yes and No.. Although we (at least I) can not discount all theories

at explaining a real biological differentiating factor, blood types.

along the same lines, it use to be a dream to get a "religious" program on a local cable access channel..

i have a good friend who likes to mumble a lot when he talks...

he would have been our "oracle"...get someone to decipher what the heck he was saying...

by now, i'd be getting called for prayer meetings with the president

I never thought about the universe, it made me feel small

Never thought about the problems of this planet at all

Global warming, radio-active sites

Imperialistic wrongs and animal rights! No!

Why think of all the bad things when life is so good?

Why help with an 'am' when there's always a 'could'?

Let the whales worry about the poisons in the sea

Outside of California, it's foreign policy

I don't want changes, I have no reactions

Your dilemmas are my distractions

I never looked around, never second-guessed

Then I read some Howard Zinn now I'm always depressed

And now I can't sleep from years of apathy

All because I read a little Noam Chomsky

I'm eating vegetation, 'cause of Fast Food Nation

I'm wearing uncomfortable shoes 'cause of globalization

I'm watching Michael Moore expose the awful truth

I'm listening to Public Enemy and Reagan Youth

I see no world peace 'cause of zealous armed forces

I eat no breath-mints 'cause they're from de-hoofed horses

Hi Ryan, I am not sure what my blood type and honestly don't give it much thought. Regardless of what it is, my blood work comes back in great shape; I think its time to go past the Blood type topic and move on. It is not important to me; all I care about is that the diet works for me and my blood work all came back excellent.

If you are stuck on this view, then keep doing your research; my veganism concerns my feelings about the rights of all animals and eating a healthy plant based diet. Good luck. Gigi

The market for "diet" books is wacky. I think people are looking for

authorities to tell them what they want to hear, or how to

rationalize what they are doing, and it doesn't matter whether the

info is reality-based.

Reminds me of the psychologist who divided students into 2 groups,

those with blue and brown eyes, and attributed different qualities to

each. Result was that behavior changed based on expectations -- in

extreme ways.

Lesson: don't discount the power of beliefs and expectations -- often

more powerful than any other factor.
