Guest guest
Sorry the e-mail was not finished; first of all, there is NO WAY a person can be weak or mal-nutritioned from being Vegan if one is smart enough to eat the foods that contain the nutrients in them. If anything else, you'd be healthier and stronger and eat the food and grains that are fed to the animals. Once the meat reaches you, you've lost the power of the grains served to the animals and are just left with the fat and cholesterol. We're not talking potato fries and candy. I'm talking about NUTS, GRAINS, FRUITS, VEGETABLES, i.e., eggplant, spinach, (lots of Iron), broccoli, (calcium), etc., mushrooms, broccoli, string beans, peppers, etc., Nuts: Peanuts, almonds, sunflower, pistachio, etc. etc., Then there is tofu, texturized soy protein products, tempeh, brown rice, soy yogurt, and the list continues. (dairy is for baby cows, not meant for human consumption; are proteins DO not match that of a cow). How about pumpkin pie using silk tofu in place of condensed milk? Delicious! If you combine the above foods, (just an example), and go on line or get a recipe book, the ideas are ENDLESS. I work out 5 days a week and my doctor is amazed at how healthy I am. My proteins are perfect, my muscle test is perfect, no trace of osteoporosis, my cholesterol, bloood pressure, etc. is perfect. Malnutrition only occurs in 3rd world countries from those who starve themselves, NOT smart vegans. Hope this helps. Spare an animal from certain death and suffering; eat a vegetable!~ good luck.
