I don't think anyone on here has said that supplements are healthier

than food.

The definition of the word supplement = " a thing added to something

else to enhance or complete it. "

I don't think you will find any research that says supplements are

healthier than food.

lol

I was just thinking about something. When I was younger there was a

time when baby formula was considered to be

healthier than breast feeding. As a result of further studies we now

know that is not true. I wonder if anyone in this group has seen

similar studies

on vitamin supplements.

Unfortunately, that seems to be the general consensus in the US. I know dozens of people who think because they take a multi-vitamin they don't have to eat any fruits or veggies. And as a result, they don't eat their fruits, or veggies.--ScottDon't under estimate the wisdom of nature.--- jo.heartwork wrote:"heartwerk" <jo.heartwork Subject: Re: Braggs - new topic - supplementsFri, 27 Jul 2007 06:51:01 -0000
