Guest guest Posted June 11, 2007 Report Share Posted June 11, 2007 This weekend we made carrot and butterbean soup - again very tasty and especially nice with Colin's home made spelt bread. Yesterday we (Colin & I, Laura and Nate, and Peter and Katy) all went out to the Riverside Vegetaria in Kingston for a dinner to celebrate Colin's 60th birthday. I think everyone enjoyed their food - I know Colin and I did. I had garlic mushrooms, followed by broadbean rice with garlic aubergine (a lot of garlic, I know) with salad, and soya ice cream.
