Guest guest Posted April 5, 2007 Report Share Posted April 5, 2007 Once I discovered roasted vegetables be it in the oven, stove top grill or BBQ I was hooked big time. Nothing is more delicious than roasted/grilled bell peppers of all colours, garlic, onions, asparagus, carrots, sweet potatoes slices, rutabaga, turnips, parsnips, brussel sprouts. Then I started to grill fruits like cut peaches, pineapple, apples, pears, plums, figs and was in heaven. And I discovered the kids who used to turn their nose up at veggies, all of a sudden wanted to help grill them. ~BethSee what's free at AOL.com.
