Dear Sir,

 

Thank you for your interest in the Chai Pani restaurant menu. The clarified butter that we use is vegetable ghee. We do not use any butter ghee at all. Therefore most of our items are vegan except for a few items which has dairy like "paneer" or yoghurt, etc.

 

Our server will be pleased to assist you with the choice of vegan dishes available, and we are sure that you will have plenty to choose from, including our home-made desserts.

 

For a group or larger booking, we will be pleased to substitute or prepare any non-vegan items by using soya yoghurt, soya milk, etc, which we always stock for our valued vegan customers.
