Guest guest Posted March 5, 2007 Report Share Posted March 5, 2007 I understand that a vegan diet is deficient in Vitamin B12. I was wondering what people do about this. I don't like taking vitamins but might consider it if there were something simple that provides about 100% of the daily recommended amount. From what I've seen they provide several 1000%.
