Vitamin B12

I understand that a vegan diet is deficient in Vitamin B12. I was wondering what

people do

about this. I don't like taking vitamins but might consider it if there were

something simple

that provides about 100% of the daily recommended amount. From what I've seen

they

provide several 1000%. Also I read somewhere that you shouldn't take just one

vitamin B, but

a complex. All very confusing.

 

Any input would be welcome.
