Guest guest
As you may know, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has just announced that it intends to approve the sale of milk and meat from cloned animals. Cloning is a technology that is inherently cruel, often resulting in hideously deformed animals that suffer needlessly. The approval of cloning for food will subject millions of animals to this needless torture. FDA is taking public comments now, through April 2. We hope that you can help stop animal cloning by sending your comment to FDA and/or posting a link to our FDA comments page at http://ga3.org/campaign/Cloning and our short (40 second) video on You Tube at Many thanks! Charles Margulis Center for Food Safety Oakland, CA 94609 I see in the near future a crisis approaching that unnerves me and causes me to tremble for the safety of my country. As a result of war, corporations have been enthroned, and an era of corruption in high places will follow, and the money power of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people until all the wealth is aggregated in a few hands and the republic is destroyed. I feel, at this moment, more anxiety for the safety of my country than ever before, even in the midst of war. God grant that my suspicions may prove groundless. " Lincoln in a letter to Col.
