Why do some many people hate vegans? (transition)

I don't try to make ppl veg(etari)an. I think we can get them to veg(etari)anism only by showing our beliefs and by showing that we just want a better world. Showing videos and texts is not the better way to make ppl veg, I think. I also easily became lacto-ovo vegetarian and (after that) vegan, but many will not find easiness to leave animal products.
