Try and keep a diary to see if something triggers these headaches. Everyone is different, but with my migranes strange things seem to trigger it ( chinese food can -msg, things with sodium bicarb in them, even citrus fruit. ) Seriously , though give Feverfew a go, and maybe take some EFA `s on a regular basis? I had to use an anticoagulant cream once and ibuprofen gel -which I suspect were not vegan at all - but as far as I can remember that is all I've used in the last ten years.
