forehead, behind eyes or nasal passages, back of head, etc

what kind of headaches/pain?

have you changed anything recently?

diet?

living situation?

contact with allergens?

work?

are you drinking plenty of fluids?

Sorry to hear about the headaches Louis - have you tried herbal teas? You could try peppermint, or chamomile for a start.

I don't think any of the over the counter or prescription drugs are vegan -

they usually have lactose in the tablets and sometimes gelatin.

Chamomile tea bags usualy only contain the dried flowers from chamomile, so they are definately vegan. Try and keep a diary to see if something triggers these headaches. Everyone is different, but with my migranes strange things seem to trigger it ( chinese food can -msg, things with sodium bicarb in them, even citrus fruit. ) Seriously , though give Feverfew a go, and maybe take some EFA `s on a regular basis? I don't tend to need anything. I had to use an anticoagulant cream once and

ibuprofen gel -which I suspect were not vegan at all - but as far as I can

remember that is all I've used in the last ten years.

Hi Louis

Plain chamomile is vegan - though some brands do add honey! As long as you read the packet you will be alright.

Sorry to hear about the headaches Louis - have you tried herbal teas? You could try peppermint, or chamomile for a start.

I broke my ankle last April, a break which required two surgeries. I still

have swelling and pain sometimes, and tendonitis. So I really do need to

take something sometimes.

peace,

sharon

Yes you can get feverfew in vegicaps ( veridian make them) chamomile tea to relax, and EFA ( Essential Fatty Acids ) which occur naturally in things like hemp/flax etc. The Valley Vegan.............louis stott <lsstott wrote: so would i be albe to bye them from a health food shop ? sorry but what dos efa,s mean ?peter VV <swpgh01 (AT) talk21 (DOT) com> wrote: Chamomile tea bags usualy only contain the dried flowers from chamomile, so they are definately vegan.
