embracing with this life choice, it seems reasonable that I'll gravitate towards others who are following a more responsible and worthy life path.My holiday lunch was mostly raw except for my homemade peach pie. I'd like to be only a raw food eater in the very near future but want to educate myself first on the vitamins and minerals that I will need to pay close attention to. I have enjoyed increased energy and weight loss with little effort and find that more frequent but smaller portions throughout the day help to even out those mid-day lulls.Namaste',*monaPeter H
