Hi guys...

I am giving 4 separate classes the next " semester " through our local

Park & Rec adult continuing ed on vegan recipes. Also, I plan to talk

about the indisputible (spelling??) health benefits...I will be

letting people know that I orignally went vegan because of my personal

ethical reasons regarding animals and that I'd be happy to discuss

this with them personally.

ANYWAY - I decided to try my recipes on my co-workers - most of whom

cannot understand my choice to be vegan. WELL!!! I made a vegan

pumpkin-cheescake pie and it was a huge hit!!! I am hoping that it

will motivate people to consider the vegan lifestyle. At least, it

will give them FOOD FOR THOUGHT (hee hee). Peace to all - moonchild
