Guest guest Posted July 23, 2008 Report Share Posted July 23, 2008 It's almost that time again... my youngest daughter is entering 8th grade and that means one thing... BAKE SALE. Yes, we will be baking almost weekly for that ubiquitous fund raiser. I have the sweets well figured out. But we have been asked to also provide savory for the bake sale. I find this to be more difficult. I need to find some ideas that can be made ahead of time, served at room temperature and that will appeal to grade school kids and their parents. Oh, and hopefully not too labor intensive. Do you have any good ideas that fit the bill? (We are already looking into foccaccia and popcorn, so I'm looking for different ideas.)
