I have traced the source to this organisation: UK Milk Development Council http://www.mdc.org.uk It has a campaign to make schools have milk http://www.schoolmilk.co.uk/ and a campaign aimed at teenage girls http://www.naturallybeautiful.co.uk/ Yuck.
