O.K. Fraggle, wheres this from? Oct 20 2006 The October Raw and Living Foods Vegan Potluck will be held at its usual place, the Evergreen Seniors Lounge in the Florence Filberg Centre. The guest speaker following the potluck buffet will be Sandy Rae, talking about how raw vegan foods have “helped overcome rheumatoid arthritis” and improve health generally. As nightfall does not come at once, neither does oppression. In both instances, there's a twilight where everything remains seemingly unchanged, and it is in such twilight that we must be aware of change in the air, however slight, lest we become unwitting victims of the darkness.
